00:01:17.119 around. And you mentioned Prince Andrew.

00:01:21.520 misinformation about what actually went
00:01:24.240 on with him previously and what this was
00:01:26.479 this week on it.

00:01:57.040 it’s real or not and I’ve gotten myself

00:02:01.119 accurate. So, can you tell me what and

00:02:05.680 >> So, first of all, with the the
00:02:07.040 background on it,
00:02:09.280 he was sued civily. his he was sued for
00:02:13.520 some sort of sexual misconduct. I don’t
00:02:15.599 know the exact allegations on it, but he
00:02:18.160 was sued and settled that lawsuit. It’s
00:02:21.440 kind of confidential, although the
00:02:23.040 rumors are that it was in the $12
00:02:24.400 million range.
00:02:25.280 >> So, did that that have to do anything
00:02:27.120 with the Epstein files, that particular,
00:02:29.120 >> it was related to his conduct
00:02:32.000 with the the whole Epstein debacle? Uh,
00:02:34.879 and I don’t know the specifics of that
00:02:36.400 lawsuit. I don’t know if it was his his
00:02:38.640 conduct on the island or what, but he
00:02:40.720 was sued by somebody related to sexual
00:02:43.680 misconduct. That was a civil lawsuit
00:02:45.840 that involved only money damages. It did
00:02:49.280 not have any governmental involvement.
00:02:52.160 And the rumors about him being stripped
00:02:54.800 of his title and losing his money and
00:02:56.640 losing in his inheritance and all that,
00:02:59.120 that has nothing to do with that
00:03:01.360 lawsuit.

00:03:05.760 happen? He’s still a prince,

00:03:16.239 family in governmental positions or out
00:03:18.560 in the public. So, they pulled him back,
00:03:21.120 but he’s still a prince. He still has
00:03:22.640 his money. He still has his property.
00:03:25.040 That was no governmental involvement
00:03:27.120 there at all.

00:03:37.200 and the issue with him this week? Was
00:03:39.920 that civil? Was that criminal? What is

00:03:45.760 everybody’s saying is like, "Oh, yay.
00:03:47.920 Something’s moving because he was
00:03:50.239 arrested in the Epstein files and
00:03:52.799 because he was connected to that." What
00:03:54.480 did you find out?
00:03:55.680 >> So, it was a detention by law
00:04:00.000 enforcement in Great Britain to question
00:04:02.319 him. He wasn’t officially arrested and
00:04:04.480 he wasn’t officially charged with
00:04:06.000 anything yet. But what’s going on is,
00:04:08.959 and this is this is what I’ve discerned
00:04:11.280 from from what’s been released, what’s
00:04:13.439 going on is he’s being questioned about
00:04:17.680 leaking governmental information that
00:04:21.199 was confidential that has come out
00:04:23.680 through the latest document dump on the
00:04:26.479 Epstein files. So, it’s not that they’re
00:04:29.440 looking into any sexual allegations
00:04:32.160 against him to charge him criminally.
00:04:34.400 They’re going this route of of
00:04:36.320 disclosing private information when he
00:04:38.160 was a public official at the time.
00:04:39.759 >> And then you reminded me that one of the
00:04:42.960 mafia guys were was arrested for tax
00:04:45.440 evasion because you were saying
00:04:46.880 something like it’s easier to arrest
00:04:49.840 them on something that’s more basic and
00:04:52.479 then they can get into other things.
00:04:54.800 >> Yeah. Well, one of the things that
00:04:55.840 you’ve told me that you’ve seen online
00:04:58.160 on social media is the the growing
00:05:00.880 frustration about why isn’t anything
00:05:02.720 happening? Why aren’t they charging
00:05:04.240 people? When are the arrests going to
00:05:05.840 happen? There’s the big document dumps.
00:05:08.000 What do you what are they doing with
00:05:09.280 that? When’s it really going to start
00:05:11.440 hitting the fan with with people losing
00:05:13.840 their positions of prominence and power?
00:05:16.320 And and this brought up what’s going on
00:05:18.880 with Prince Prince Andrew and reminded
00:05:21.600 me of Al Capone. So, what they’re doing
00:05:24.560 is they’re going through the documents
00:05:27.680 and seeing what they can actually charge
00:05:30.160 people with that is provable.
00:05:32.720 When you’re talking about sexual
00:05:34.639 misconduct, sexual allegations from
00:05:36.880 decades ago, those are already very
00:05:39.280 difficult cases, even if they happened
00:05:41.360 last week. You’ve got witness
00:05:43.919 credibility, victim credibility issues,
00:05:46.080 you’ve got documentation stat, you’ve
00:05:48.320 got statutes of limitation, all of that.
00:05:50.479 No, great point. and we’re talking about
00:05:52.560 things that happened decades and decades
00:05:54.400 ago. It’s extremely hard for them to
00:05:56.960 prove those cases. So that’s why we’re
00:05:58.479 not seeing anything really move on the
00:06:01.120 criminal front. And so with this latest
00:06:03.440 document dump, they’re seeing actual
00:06:06.400 documents, emails, communications
00:06:09.520 probably from Prince Andrew to other
00:06:12.400 people, including but maybe not limited
00:06:14.800 to Epstein where they have documented
00:06:18.560 evidence of him disclosing state
00:06:20.400 secrets. So they can charge him with
00:06:22.560 that.
00:06:24.960 That’s really and you think about Al
00:06:26.800 Capone. They couldn’t get him on all of
00:06:29.520 the the mob, the murderer, all those
00:06:32.240 different things. What they eventually
00:06:33.520 got him on was tax evasion. So, they
00:06:36.639 have to find something that’s provable
00:06:38.160 and go with that.
00:06:39.280 >> Well, as just a person in her home, you
00:06:41.440 know, I’m not out there in the
00:06:42.400 government or CIA or anything like that.
00:06:44.800 At least you don’t know I am. Just
00:06:46.800 kidding. Um, it just feels like things
00:06:51.840 look obvious. So, you’re sitting at home
00:06:54.080 and you’re like, "When are they going to
00:06:55.600 start arresting people? This seems so
00:06:57.120 obvious." And it reminded me of people
00:07:00.000 that we know that have maybe had a
00:07:02.639 restraining order. And it seems so
00:07:04.880 obvious this person is being so terrible
00:07:08.639 and they’re harassing them and they’re
00:07:10.240 showing up places, but it almost feels
00:07:11.840 like the law protects them more than
00:07:14.080 they protect you because they have to do
00:07:17.440 something x number of times before you
00:07:20.319 can even do something. I mean, I feel
00:07:22.080 like is isn’t that the case? It just
00:07:24.400 reminds me of like it just feels like
00:07:26.240 it’s it’s all talk. It’s all like
00:07:29.280 everyone’s just saying, "Oh, we can’t do
00:07:30.880 anything." But really, can they?
00:07:33.599 >> I I totally get that. The the issue is
00:07:36.160 this. A lot of times when you’re saying
00:07:38.400 things like that, oh, it’s so obvious.
00:07:40.240 Oh, why can’t they go get him? There’s a
00:07:42.960 lot of emotion behind that. And the
00:07:44.800 emotion says, "This is the way it feels
00:07:47.120 like. this is what obviously went on
00:07:49.919 behind the scenes. The law can’t go on
00:07:52.479 that emotion. The law can only go on
00:07:55.199 actual provable facts. And so there’s a
00:07:57.440 lot of legal hair spplitting that ends
00:07:59.280 up happening. It’s these are the
00:08:01.520 elements of this crime. What facts apply
00:08:04.160 to this element? Well, this one did.
00:08:06.319 Great. I’ve got something that I can
00:08:08.240 prove on this element, but I have all
00:08:10.319 this emotion and feeling about the next
00:08:13.120 element. But where are my provable
00:08:15.280 facts? Where’s the witness testimony?
00:08:17.120 Where’s the documentary evidence?
00:08:19.120 Where’s the videotapes? Where is
00:08:20.800 something that I can hang my hat on and
00:08:22.720 say, "Okay, I can prove that next
00:08:24.080 element." And then move on to the next
00:08:25.919 element. And if you don’t have all those
00:08:27.919 elements lined up legally, you can’t
00:08:30.879 move forward with the criminal
00:08:31.840 prosecution.
00:08:32.559 >> Well, I think that’s what makes
00:08:33.519 everybody so mad because there are a lot
00:08:35.279 of videos. I mean, you see these videos
00:08:37.919 where there’s the victims dancing,
00:08:41.039 blacked out, but they know who’s in that
00:08:42.958 video with them. There’s a lot of
00:08:44.720 videos. How come those people aren’t
00:08:46.080 getting arrested?
00:08:46.800 >> So, and I haven’t seen those videos and
00:08:48.720 I’m not planning on watching those
00:08:50.320 videos, but you have to prove that those
00:08:54.959 videos happen at that place at that
00:08:57.360 time. The person who’s the victim has to
00:09:00.000 be cooperating alive and cooperating and
00:09:03.120 and saying that was against my will.
00:09:05.120 They have to be able to point the finger
00:09:06.640 and say this person was in the room in
00:09:09.279 in every case. So these people could be
00:09:12.320 dead because they murdered them and
00:09:14.320 tortured them after. So there’s not a
00:09:16.480 lot of witnesses,
00:09:18.000 >> but that’s but you can still be arrested
00:09:19.920 on that, right? Like even though there’s
00:09:21.680 not
00:09:23.200 >> someone saying yes, this is what
00:09:24.959 happened that you mean they could just
00:09:27.360 wait. See? No, no, no.

00:09:38.160 Isn’t there any other avenue that they
00:09:40.480 can go to arrest them?
00:09:41.600 >> Depends on what the evidence is. You’ve
00:09:43.360 got to follow the evidence always. And
00:09:45.519 keep in mind again, I’m talking about
00:09:47.360 the difference between a civil case and
00:09:49.360 a criminal case. When you’re talking
00:09:50.720 about these things, sexual exploitation,
00:09:54.560 uh, torture, murder, you’re talking
00:09:56.959 about criminal, you have to have a very
00:09:58.560 high standard. You have to prove them
00:09:59.920 guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. civil
00:10:02.720 cases like the PR Prince Andrew
00:10:04.720 settlement, that’s just a
00:10:06.399 prepoundonderance of the evidence. So
00:10:08.560 his lawyers look at it and say, "You
00:10:10.320 could end up paying a lot more money.
00:10:12.160 Settle. Get out of it because who knows
00:10:14.160 which way it tips." But in those types
00:10:16.480 of things, what’s the evidence that they
00:10:18.399 have? Yes, somebody is dead. Do they
00:10:21.120 have DNA evidence? Do they have
00:10:23.120 fingerprint evidence? Do they have
00:10:24.240 witness testimony? Do they have videos?
00:10:26.880 Do they have documentation? What do they
00:10:28.959 have where they can prove not just the
00:10:31.440 person was murdered, but who did it? And
00:10:34.079 do they pro can they prove that beyond a
00:10:36.560 reasonable doubt to bring a criminal
00:10:39.200 prosecution?
00:10:41.120 So there’s a let’s say there’s a video
00:10:42.959 and they’re watching
00:10:45.279 person A and they have the name and
00:10:47.200 they’re still alive right now murdering
00:10:49.600 somebody in the Epstein files that we
00:10:52.480 it’s a nameless person. they can’t
00:10:54.560 immediately just go and arrest them in
00:10:56.560 the video showing that.
00:10:58.480 >> So
00:11:00.399 that would be pretty compelling
00:11:02.079 evidence. That would probably be
00:11:04.560 something that prosecutors would say, "I
00:11:07.360 see this person. I can identify that it
00:11:10.160 is this person. I can say where it’s
00:11:12.720 happening, when it’s happening, and and
00:11:15.120 I think I have enough to charge them."
00:11:18.320 their their view is always going to be
00:11:20.560 not just do I have enough to get them
00:11:22.320 charged, but will I be able to convict
00:11:25.040 them of it? Because a lot of times
00:11:26.800 prosecutors and as a former prosecutor,
00:11:28.640 I did this thousands of times. You look
00:11:30.640 at a case and you say, I probably got
00:11:32.480 enough to charge them, but I may not
00:11:34.720 have enough to get this through to trial
00:11:36.800 and get a conviction on it. Is it worth
00:11:39.279 that? So, there’s a lot of that going on
00:11:41.680 as well.
00:11:42.720 >> Yeah, that’s pretty frustrating.
00:11:44.160 >> Yeah. Yeah, it really can be. Um and and
00:11:47.600 so that brings up that question that we
00:11:49.680 were talking about initially because
00:11:51.279 we’re talking about these allegedly
00:11:54.800 criminal acts that happen on the Epstein
00:11:58.079 island. How does the US have any
00:12:00.720 jurisdiction? How does the Department of
00:12:02.480 Justice? How does our law enforcement do
00:12:04.720 anything about that?
00:12:07.040 >> And how do they?
00:12:08.399 >> Well, so
00:12:10.720 >> I don’t know. Ken, enlighten us. Yeah,
00:12:12.959 you’ve got to you’ve got to look at
00:12:15.519 where what the nexus is between the
00:12:18.720 United States and the criminal act
00:12:21.120 happening somewhere where beyond our
00:12:22.880 borders. In this case, it’s actually
00:12:26.800 we’re in great shape because Epstein
00:12:29.519 Island was in the US Virgin Islands. So,
00:12:31.360 it’s a territory of the United States.
00:12:33.519 So, that’s enough right there. Um,
00:12:36.240 United States laws apply there. But when
00:12:39.200 we’re talking about the broader question
00:12:40.959 of let’s say it was not part of the US
00:12:44.160 Virgin Islands, it was not a US
00:12:46.320 territory, how would the government get
00:12:48.639 involved? How would we charge somebody
00:12:51.040 criminally with that? And so the nexus
00:12:53.440 would be there has to be some
00:12:55.519 significant connection to the United
00:12:57.760 States. Maybe it was recruiting sex
00:13:00.240 victims in the United States, flights
00:13:03.760 leaving from the United States to carry
00:13:06.160 out criminal activity elsewhere that
00:13:09.360 invokes the interstate and and uh
00:13:11.920 foreign commerce clause where uh that’s
00:13:14.720 that’s a reason that the government can
00:13:16.720 get involved. Uh there’s just a lot of
00:13:19.360 things where the US can criminalize that
00:13:24.320 behavior and get jurisdiction, but not

00:15:09.360 um Hollywood or you know, the ones these
00:15:12.160 people that we know that say, you know,
00:15:14.160 they sell their soul to the devil or
00:15:16.000 whatever, it starts at home in these
00:15:18.800 little things that they’re willing to
00:15:20.240 do, whether it starts with pornography,
00:15:22.720 you know, as Christians, where do these
00:15:25.920 people, how can they feel like they can
00:15:28.240 make an impact where this is such a big
00:15:32.240 sex ring? is so big out there, right?
00:15:35.040 But where can we maybe make a difference
00:15:36.880 at home? That’s that’s where I wanted to
00:15:39.199 focus. And don’t you agree that there’s
00:15:42.399 something we can do at home to help
00:15:44.240 maybe um teach our kids discernment when
00:15:47.600 it comes to sex and their bodies and
00:15:49.600 things like that?
00:15:50.480 >> I think you have to I think that’s has
00:15:52.079 to be where it starts because like we’ve
00:15:54.399 said all along, it’s this slippery
00:15:56.480 slope. It doesn’t start with people
00:15:58.800 eating babies and and committing heinous
00:16:01.279 sex acts. It starts with just a step in
00:16:04.560 that direction of uh you know being uh
00:16:07.600 showing sexually explicit movies and TV
00:16:10.800 shows. Uh stepping into pornography and
00:16:13.759 making that acceptable just a little
00:16:16.079 step at a time, a little step at a time
00:16:18.320 and eventually sin will continue on in
00:16:21.199 that direction. And so you’ve got to
00:16:22.959 exactly what you’re saying, you’ve got
00:16:24.959 to start on the defense with your
00:16:26.959 children, not shielding them, not
00:16:29.360 bubbling them. And I think you’re you’re
00:16:30.720 huge about that. And I I applaud that if
00:16:32.800 you want to uh address that.
00:16:34.160 >> No, absolutely. I feel like if you try
00:16:37.120 to make the world protect your kids and
00:16:40.240 not teach them and you’re more concerned
00:16:41.920 about the school being a certain way or
00:16:44.880 you know everything that they watch at
00:16:46.639 their friend’s house has to be a certain
00:16:48.399 way. You know your kids are going to
00:16:50.800 grow up and have this all in front of
00:16:52.480 their faces. So you have to teach them
00:16:54.720 discernment. Who are they deeply? What
00:16:57.279 do they believe? And they are going to
00:16:59.600 make up their own decisions. They have
00:17:01.279 free will. They’re their own human
00:17:02.880 beings. But I think that we need to be
00:17:04.720 more present every single day. And we
00:17:07.839 need to teach them there are people that
00:17:11.199 are so addicted to the addiction of
00:17:13.679 things of this world that they do
00:17:15.520 eventually like them get to a point
00:17:17.439 where it’s not good enough to have
00:17:19.439 enough money and power. They need to be
00:17:21.280 hurting other people.
00:17:22.160 >> But how do you practically I mean we’ve
00:17:24.400 said that a number of times in past
00:17:26.559 podcasts. How do you practically address
00:17:29.760 that with the kids? I mean, when it
00:17:32.000 comes up and it’s, you know, something
00:17:34.320 sexually explicit in a movie or it’s
00:17:37.200 somebody talking about pornography in in
00:17:40.320 a, you know, a public place to them. How
00:17:43.039 do you specifically address that with
00:17:45.039 our kids?
00:17:45.520 >> Well, we are always in the Bible and
00:17:47.520 we’re always praying and we’re always
00:17:49.120 talking about what Jesus believes of us
00:17:52.240 and who we are. And so we also talk
00:17:55.200 about sin and what does that look like?

00:17:59.679 I think that we naturally do it. It’s
00:18:01.679 like you walk into the mall and you’re
00:18:02.880 like, "Cover your eyes. There’s a set of
00:18:04.880 boobies right there because it’s
00:18:06.320 Victoria’s Secret." You can’t avoid it.
00:18:08.480 You really can’t. You’re in you’re in a
00:18:10.320 store and there’s magazines in front of
00:18:12.480 you. And I think that naturally as a
00:18:14.960 mom, you’re like, "Oh, I could have done
00:18:16.559 without seeing that. Didn’t need to see
00:18:18.240 that part of their body." And I think
00:18:20.080 that that starts the conversation. Well,
00:18:22.000 what do you mean? It’s not that big
00:18:23.280 deal, that big of a deal. It’s cute.
00:18:25.600 Well, it may be cute. However, she
00:18:28.799 should be more respectful of Does she
00:18:30.799 not understand that
00:18:33.120 she’s basically showing off her body to
00:18:35.600 all of these men that don’t deserve to
00:18:38.480 see her in that much skin? And it’s just
00:18:42.640 more even too about respecting yourself.

00:19:35.679 on people when they’ve been charged with

00:19:40.400 about those videos and how come they
00:19:43.200 can’t just charge X, Y, and Z and I said
00:19:45.440 there’s not enough evidence. Well, get
00:19:47.600 somebody who’s a potential witness in
00:19:49.440 one of those charged with something
00:19:51.679 else.
00:19:53.200 And now you say to that person, look,
00:19:55.840 maybe we don’t have to proceed with this
00:19:57.840 prosecution. Maybe we can go lighter on

00:20:02.160 what they’re ultimately after. You get

00:20:21.919 it, they got to try and find something
00:20:24.000 and see what else they can come up with.

00:21:34.480 EpiPen? But the second you say, I can’t
00:21:37.520 have vaccines because my body does not
00:21:40.000 handle them. You’re awful. You’re
00:21:43.200 antivax. How dare you? You know, most
00:21:45.520 moms that were provax are now antivax
00:21:48.880 because their child was injured or
00:21:51.440 something happened in their lives where,
00:21:54.400 you know, people want to say, "Well, it
00:21:55.520 wasn’t the vaccine. The vaccine
00:21:56.960 triggered an immune response." Okay, so
00:21:59.039 the peanut triggered an immune response
00:22:01.360 and you can’t breathe. It doesn’t
00:22:02.880 matter. You know, Jack was and I I’ve
00:22:06.159 told the story before at his six-month
00:22:08.400 visit, he went to go see his doctor and
00:22:11.679 he was testing out as a nine-month-old.
00:22:13.440 At six months old, he was saying, "Ma,
00:22:15.360 do you know he was doing push-ups.
00:22:17.520 >> You were a brand new mom at that point,
00:22:19.600 >> 32, trusting the system, writing
00:22:21.440 everything down. I never even thought
00:22:23.039 that vaccines could ever cause any
00:22:24.960 injury." And he had all of his six-month
00:22:27.520 vaccinations. He became glassy eyed,
00:22:30.080 fever, you know, give the Tylenol,
00:22:32.000 ibuprofen back to back from fevers. And
00:22:34.640 that glassiness never went away. That
00:22:36.960 was a Wednesday. By the Monday after, I
00:22:39.440 called them and said, "Jack is like
00:22:41.440 disappeared. Like I he’s not the child
00:22:45.200 that I I’ve known for the last six
00:22:47.919 months." And they said, "Okay, bring him
00:22:49.520 in."
00:22:50.640 And um his doctor actually was shocked
00:22:56.640 and said, "You know, Megan, he’s testing
00:22:59.600 out as a two-month-old." And I’m like,
00:23:01.679 "Okay, what does that mean? Like, what
00:23:03.679 what do you mean he’s testing out as a
00:23:05.120 two-month old?" Well, he clearly had a
00:23:07.520 reaction to the vaccines. Okay, but but
00:23:10.880 is this going to go away next week?
00:23:12.640 Like, is when is this going to go away?
00:23:15.280 Uh, it may never go away. And you’re
00:23:18.159 like I mean I it took me five years to
00:23:22.159 get pregnant with Jack. I we did
00:23:23.840 artificial insemin. I mean like I had
00:23:26.559 prayed for having him and now you’re
00:23:29.039 telling me because you guys gave him
00:23:31.039 vaccines.

00:24:10.960 has a calendar that says, "My child
00:24:12.640 rolled over, my child did this, my child
00:24:14.640 did that." Literally, go back to month
00:24:17.360 two and you miss your baby. You’re like,
00:24:21.279 "Okay, like you literally know every
00:24:23.919 smile, every smirk, every everything."
00:24:26.880 And then not only can you not talk about
00:24:29.840 it, you’re shamed for blaming the very
00:24:32.880 thing that changed the catalyst at that
00:24:34.960 moment. You’re not allowed to say my
00:24:37.360 child was injured by vaccines. You might
00:24:40.080 not be. I’m not going to be deadly ill
00:24:42.320 from peanuts, but someone else may be.
00:24:45.120 And so that’s the part that I think in
00:24:48.000 America it’s so heartbreaking because
00:24:51.039 you have parents suffering in silence
00:24:53.679 because they’re shamed, they’re mocked,
00:24:55.679 they’re told they’re stupid. Yesterday I
00:24:57.279 had somebody say awful things to me that
00:24:59.919 I’m stupid and f you and this and you’re
00:25:02.240 a liar. I had somebody say, "Give me
00:25:04.080 your kids medical records, you liar."

00:25:09.840 literally feels like they dro And now
00:25:12.320 mind you, Jack is wonderful. I love
00:25:14.559 Jack. Thank God we learned the things to
00:25:16.640 help him succeed in life.

00:25:22.720 were able to with help and in and change
00:25:25.679 those things around. And God obviously
00:25:27.760 has a big plan for Jack. I I in his own
00:25:31.679 way, not that children that don’t
00:25:34.480 every every child has God has a purpose
00:25:36.799 for. And so, um, it’s just awful because
00:25:41.279 you feel so attacked. And so, with RFK
00:25:47.120 Jr., you have a lot of provax people
00:25:49.679 saying he he’s not smart. And it gets
00:25:52.159 frustrating,
00:25:53.279 >> right? And and one of the things that’s
00:25:55.919 frustrating is there’s the whole debate
00:26:00.320 on the the overview level. Are vaccines
00:26:04.000 safe or are they not safe? and and
00:26:07.039 there’s
00:26:08.960 all these procedures that they go
00:26:10.720 through, but down on the the very
00:26:12.880 personal level, a new mom walks into
00:26:16.240 their pediatrician with their new baby.
00:26:19.360 And the pediatrician
00:26:21.279 almost acts like it’s not even a choice
00:26:22.960 and says, "Okay, it’s time for
00:26:24.000 vaccinations. We’re going to do X, Y,
00:26:25.279 and Z vaccinations today."
00:26:26.480 >> Oh, yeah.
00:26:26.960 >> ABCD EFG. All the all the vaccinations.
00:26:30.080 >> And and a mom may say, "Okay, well, are
00:26:32.880 they safe?" And the doctor’s response
00:26:35.200 more often than not is they’re perfectly
00:26:37.200 safe.

00:26:38.480 >> And that’s not true. If that statement’s
00:26:40.400 made, that’s an untrue statement because
00:26:42.400 there’s no such thing as a perfectly
00:26:44.400 safe vaccine. And when it comes down to
00:26:47.360 it with with vaccine trials and and with
00:26:50.960 getting them approved, they’re just
00:26:53.200 making a decision, are the benefits in
00:26:56.559 their opinion, do they outweigh the
00:26:59.120 risks? And if in their opinion these
00:27:01.600 committees, these governmental entities,
00:27:03.200 if they determine the benefits outweigh
00:27:05.840 the risks, they approve the vaccines.
00:27:08.320 But that doesn’t equate to vaccines are
00:27:11.440 safe. And another thing that uh you
00:27:14.320 brought up that you mentioned with
00:27:15.679 people attacking you is they call the
00:27:18.559 story anecdotal. Well, that’s just
00:27:20.320 anecdotal. You can’t say that vaccines
00:27:22.320 are unsafe because of an anecdotal
00:27:24.400 story. and they’re missing the point of
00:27:28.720 a a medical expert, a medical doctor
00:27:31.919 gives his opinion with within a short
00:27:34.880 amount of time that this resulted from
00:27:38.080 this incident. So, you’ve got medical
00:27:40.080 opinion testimony at that time within a
00:27:42.880 a short period of time. And all you need
00:27:45.840 legally, you don’t have to say that that
00:27:48.480 there wasn’t any pre-existing condition
00:27:50.720 or there wasn’t any DNA or or hereditary
00:27:55.039 involvement. Matter of fact, that only
00:27:56.960 adds to proving that it was caused by
00:27:59.360 that because we can have in law, we can
00:28:02.320 have two conjoining causes and still
00:28:05.840 have that be the cause. It’s it it’s it
00:28:09.360 works in conjunction together. So it it
00:28:12.720 gets frustrating with this whole debate
00:28:15.120 and people really really come down hard
00:28:19.120 on one side or the other and say
00:28:20.720 terrible things.
00:28:21.520 >> Well, and the more that I’ve studied our
00:28:23.840 genetics, you know, if you’ve ever heard
00:28:26.720 of MTHFR, Jack has a mutation of and I
00:28:30.880 am not a doctor, but from what I’ve
00:28:33.120 learned is in layman’s terms, we can’t
00:28:36.240 detox. So, you know, you might have one
00:28:39.760 child. I I mean, I had vaccines a ton in
00:28:42.960 the Navy. I mean, I’m a veteran. I had
00:28:45.120 every vaccine in the world. I never even
00:28:47.120 thought twice about vaccinations until
00:28:49.039 this happened to Jack. And I don’t think
00:28:53.440 like myself, I’m allergic to so many
00:28:55.600 things. Well, we did some genetic
00:28:57.520 testing and it find come to find out I
00:29:01.279 don’t detox. I cannot my body cannot
00:29:05.279 detox well at all. Even uh one of the
00:29:07.520 doctors said your parents shouldn’t
00:29:08.880 procre shouldn’t have procreated because
00:29:11.600 my body it is so sensitive to everything
00:29:16.240 every chemical every you know everything
00:29:18.559 that I have to be very careful and that
00:29:20.640 also um has pushed me towards um doing
00:29:24.960 things naturally and I have learned a
00:29:28.320 lot being forced to because of Jack
00:29:30.799 because after that happened I thought oh
00:29:32.480 my gosh I can’t imagine giving Jack
00:29:35.840 another vaccination. I mean, I I had
00:29:38.240 PTSD from it. I had to do MDF M um
00:29:42.159 >> EMDR over this. I had to go see a
00:29:45.360 therapist because for so many years I I
00:29:47.760 just would not forgive myself for not
00:29:49.679 understanding the risks um involved. And
00:29:53.679 you know, parents, if you’re like, "Hey,
00:29:55.679 I I really want to do vaccinations,
00:29:57.760 fine. Go get a genetic test. See if your
00:30:00.399 child’s able to detox well. See if
00:30:02.960 you’re able to detox well. I see a
00:30:05.520 doctor named Dr. Perser in Utah. He does
00:30:08.159 online visits. He doesn’t even know I’m
00:30:09.679 saying his name. But, you know, if
00:30:11.679 you’re also like, I’m a believer in
00:30:13.360 vaccines, but I’m kind of scared. Where
00:30:16.000 where is my child at? Do some genetic
00:30:18.720 testing and things like that. But I
00:30:20.320 think that we need to be able to talk
00:30:23.760 about it without name calling. I think
00:30:25.600 we should be able to say, you know, if
00:30:27.039 somebody were to say, I’m allergic to
00:30:28.080 penicellin, no one’s going to say
00:30:29.279 anything. But the second you say,
00:30:30.960 vaccines injure my child. F you. That’s
00:30:33.440 not true. How dare you? It’s like, okay,
00:30:36.399 well, can we if it’s not
00:30:40.000 why is it such a big deal to argue and
00:30:41.679 just close that door? Why can’t we say
00:30:43.919 this? These are the things that happen.

00:30:48.720 >> they they end up identifying and it’s
00:30:50.799 this tribalism that that we come back to
00:30:53.279 again and again. They come down and
00:30:55.039 they’re in the tribe of I support
00:30:58.720 science and I support the vaccines and I
00:31:01.440 support that nothing can happen from
00:31:02.960 them. that’s their tribe. They’re going
00:31:04.799 to fight to the death for their tribe.
00:31:06.720 Whereas you have other people whose eyes
00:31:08.320 have been open and say, "Wait a minute.
00:31:10.000 You’re you’re not being reasonable here
00:31:12.399 in the conversation." This this is what
00:31:14.880 happened in our personal situation. They
00:31:17.440 say, "You can’t prove that that’s
00:31:19.360 because of the vaccines. You can’t say
00:31:21.200 that uh he wouldn’t have gotten some
00:31:23.840 disease that caused the same thing and
00:31:25.760 and that’s what’s going on and it’s not
00:31:27.840 the the vaccine or it’s it’s you know
00:31:30.880 already his latent DNA or or you know
00:31:34.240 genetic makeup that caused this in
00:31:36.880 conjunction with the vaccines. All
00:31:38.799 you’re saying is look look at the
00:31:41.440 overall evidence here.
00:31:44.159 This can be proven with expert testimony
00:31:46.720 based in in time and and proximity. this
00:31:49.679 is what happened. And I’m not saying
00:31:51.440 that it happens to everybody, but that’s
00:31:54.000 where the the FDA and the vaccine
00:31:56.799 companies and pharmaceuticals, they all
00:31:58.720 look at the overview of the entire
00:32:01.519 population and say, "Well, we think that
00:32:04.080 it it causes more good than it hurts
00:32:06.720 people." And we’re looking at it on an
00:32:08.960 individual basis and saying, "Yeah, but
00:32:11.039 it it hurt us." And then I then we I was
00:32:14.480 pregnant with Skyla and you grew up in a
00:32:16.240 family full of doctors that you know do
00:32:18.960 regular medicine. They’re not
00:32:20.159 naturopathic or anything. And you were
00:32:23.039 concerned about not giving Skyla any
00:32:24.880 vaccines.

00:33:05.279 minute I I I don’t know that I agree
00:33:06.960 with not vaccinating our child. It comes
00:33:10.720 there’s so much fear-mongering. Well,
00:33:12.720 what are you going to do if your child
00:33:14.720 is the one that gets X disease? And and
00:33:16.960 that causes horrible consequences. And
00:33:19.600 so, there’s so much fear that’s imparted
00:33:22.240 on on parents to try and protect their
00:33:25.760 child. If you go and you look at at
00:33:29.200 vaccine injuries, yeah, they do happen.
00:33:32.559 Yeah, they’re out there. And and the
00:33:35.679 issue really comes down to this to to
00:33:37.440 get scientific for just a minute from
00:33:39.679 what I’ve understood and again I’m not a
00:33:41.840 doctor. I’m not a scientist. This is
00:33:43.200 just my understanding of it is they have
00:33:46.320 to put things in the vaccines to make
00:33:49.360 them stay in the body. With CO it was
00:33:51.360 the spike protein with
00:33:53.039 >> they’re adivants.
00:33:53.919 >> They’re adgivants. There’s something
00:33:55.600 that sticks. Years and years and years
00:33:57.600 ago they were using mercury. Why?
00:34:00.480 Because mercury goes into the brain and
00:34:02.960 the body can’t get rid of it. So if they
00:34:04.799 can attach the vaccine to something that
00:34:07.519 the body can’t get rid of, the body
00:34:10.239 keeps that vaccination in for a longer
00:34:12.639 time. What ends up happening is we we
00:34:15.280 found out much later
00:34:17.760 mercury is a neurotoxin and destroys the
00:34:20.399 the neurons in the brain and cause Matt
00:34:22.719 Hatter’s disease. You know, a lot of
00:34:24.560 neurological issues. Um, and so mercury
00:34:28.560 got outlawed, but they still have to use
00:34:30.399 some kind of adgivine. And you’ve talked
00:34:31.918 about it about the boosters. You know,
00:34:34.399 why do people have to get boosters and
00:34:37.040 what does that mean if they don’t get
00:34:38.239 boosters?
00:34:39.119 >> I know. I always um, you know, we were
00:34:42.639 at a dance class for Skyla. She was, I
00:34:45.599 think, three years old. And one of the
00:34:47.440 parents found out Skyla wasn’t
00:34:48.639 vaccinated. And they all freaked out and
00:34:50.719 they’re like, "Keep your daughter away
00:34:52.960 from our daughters." I’m like, "But are
00:34:54.719 your kids vaccinated?" "Yes, but keep
00:34:57.839 your unvaccinated kid away." I’m like,
00:35:00.320 "If I were worried, shouldn’t I be the
00:35:03.280 worried one?" Like, "Your kids are
00:35:05.520 vaccinated." And I asked the moms, I’m
00:35:08.560 like, "When was the last time you had a
00:35:10.000 booster?" They’re like, "What? When was
00:35:12.240 the last time you had a booster?"
00:35:13.520 Because those vac not all vaccines last
00:35:15.359 forever,
00:35:16.079 >> right? and they’re like,
00:35:19.200 "Uh, I don’t know, 20 years ago I had a
00:35:23.200 vaccine." It’s like,
00:35:24.400 >> "Guess what?"
00:35:25.040 >> Well, then you’re not vaccinated either.

00:35:29.440 arms and yelling, "When was your last
00:35:31.520 booster?"

00:35:34.800 said, these don’t last, you don’t have
00:35:37.599 lifetime immunity from it.

00:35:42.160 get a license for it. And they know that
00:35:44.079 the vaccines don’t last forever. They
00:35:46.240 make you redo it. It’s the same thing
00:35:48.320 with people. The vaccines, they try as
00:35:51.280 hard as they can with adgivants to make
00:35:53.599 them last, but they know that they don’t
00:35:55.040 last forever.

00:35:58.240 those people who haven’t gotten boosters
00:35:59.920 are for all intents and purposes
00:36:02.160 unvaccinated.

00:36:08.160 confident in your vaccinations as being
00:36:10.960 safe, you should be open to people
00:36:14.000 speaking up and saying, "My child was
00:36:16.800 injured and if you believe they’re so
00:36:18.960 safe," then you should say, "Okay, let
00:36:20.560 me hear what happened. Why do you feel
00:36:22.800 that they were injured by the
00:36:23.920 vaccination?" You know, Skyla, she
00:36:26.079 wasn’t vaccinated. And when we brought
00:36:28.000 her in for her one-year visit, she was
00:36:30.560 talking up a storm. She was like saying
00:36:32.720 three-word forward sentences. her eyes
00:36:35.599 were like bright and just going around
00:36:38.720 and you had these other kids
00:36:39.920 unfortunately that seemed like they were
00:36:41.280 in a fog and I’m not blaming that but it
00:36:43.920 just as a mom comparing having two kids
00:36:47.119 one vaccinated one not I just noticed a
00:36:49.920 difference there and I just what can
00:36:52.480 parents do legally Ken if they don’t
00:36:55.280 want to get a vaccination you know
00:36:56.800 there’s all these states that require it
00:36:59.200 even if you have you can’t even have an
00:37:01.920 uh
00:37:03.599 um you can’t sign off because of
00:37:05.760 >> a religious objection to it.
00:37:07.200 >> Yeah, Arizona you can, but if they live
00:37:09.839 in California or if they live in a
00:37:11.280 state, they can’t even homeschool
00:37:13.599 sometimes without without vaci
00:37:17.040 vaccinating.
00:37:17.920 >> Yeah. And so each state, each
00:37:20.000 jurisdiction has its own laws and and
00:37:22.560 they’re going to have to research those
00:37:24.320 laws. And I by no means am expert across
00:37:27.119 the country of these different laws. you
00:37:29.599 say that California mandates it
00:37:31.520 regardless and that they don’t have a a
00:37:34.320 religious objection to it. I haven’t
00:37:36.079 researched that, so I don’t know, but I
00:37:38.560 would say first and foremost, they need
00:37:40.079 to look that up. They need to find out.
00:37:41.920 They need to find out what objections
00:37:43.839 there are. And this is going to
00:37:45.359 implicate not just public safety laws
00:37:49.280 with the vaccinations, but it brings in
00:37:51.280 the first amendment, your right to uh,
00:37:53.599 you know, freedom of religion. And if
00:37:55.280 you religiously, you know, your religion
00:37:58.079 allows you to say, "No, I don’t want
00:38:00.079 anything like that," then there’s a
00:38:02.240 clash of the laws. And so, they’ve got
00:38:03.760 to research in the jurisdiction where
00:38:05.839 they are to find out what can they use.
00:38:08.880 What do they have? And if they don’t
